Beautiful library! Wonderful Staff. My daughter and I will be making good use of our new library cards.
Staff are friendly, lots of various book selections and the play area/ interactive activities for kids are really well put together.
There’s lots of parking next door (paid) and the library is clean and tidy.
The staff is so kind and helpful. It's a beautiful and clean library with an outside spot up on the second floor. For those using the garage for parking, you can get free 2 hour parking if you get the ticket stamped by a machine inside the library.
For an out-of-towner, this library was guest-friendly with ample parking, comfortable facilities, interest-generating displays, and helpful kiosks. It looks fantastic as well, with a spacious main room and a welcoming children’s area. It was nice to do my research in such a great place!
Great place to go and relax in pure quietness. But best of all the loaning of books, hotspots, tablets and laptops are my main reasons of why I truly love this place.
Shall I say that the customer service is a fresh of new breath.
This place was overly designed with lots of wasted space. For the grand design of the place, they actually have a VERY limited selection of materials. I grew up in Prince George's County. I miss real libraries. I dearly wish Frederick had a more substantial library system similar to Montgomery and PG.
I go there almost every day to sit down and charge my phone occasionally read a newspaper or magazine sometimes a book sometimes I do go online with public computers that they have they have bathrooms too places are clean well-kept the employees are courteous and friendly and very helpful. There is a parking deck right outside of their building across the street .
Carroll Creek parking garage located right next door and they validate for a couple hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful when getting a library card.
